Your Furniture. Your Memories. Fixed.
Real repairs on the furniture families use every day.
Five Simple Steps. No Second Guessing.
Step 1: Clean
Wipe the area clean of dust and polish residue so the color takes evenly.
Step 2: Test spot
Try your closest shade on an inconspicuous area first to confirm the match and finish.
Step 3: Fill if needed
For gouges or dents, level the area with the included wax filler stick before you color.
Step 4: Apply with the grain
Color in the direction of the wood grain, not across it. Layer a second shade while the first is still workable if you need it darker or lighter.
Step 5: Wipe & set
Wipe excess with a soft cloth along the grain within the first minute. Dries quickly.
Built for solid wood-tone surfaces: floors, furniture, cabinets, doors, and trim. Not a match for painted furniture or non-wood-tone laminate.
Save The Furniture You Already Love
Before touching the furniture, run your fingernail over the mark. This quick check helps you choose the right method and avoid making the damage worse.
Run your fingernail across your actual scratch, then tap the option below that matches. This is a quick screening check, not a guarantee of the exact result you'll get.
Perfect Fit for ScratchZero
Your nail glides smoothly, which usually means it's a light surface scratch. A closely matched shade, layered, should help it stand out less.
Made for This. Fix It NowGood Fit for ScratchZero
Coloring and blending should reduce visibility. It may still be faintly visible up close depending on grain direction and lighting.
Try It Risk-FreeA Fillable Dent
Press the included wax filler stick into it first to level the surface, then color over the top. On a piece you treasure*, test a hidden spot first and build the color in light layers. Missing wood or very deep damage is beyond what this kit can fix.
Fill & Blend The MarkMissing a chunk of wood, structural damage, or painted furniture? Not a good fit, a professional repair is the right call.
Keep The Memory. Lose The Scratch.
See what happens with claw marks, toy scuffs and the little scratches that build up over time.
How The Shade Matching Works
You notice the claw marks near the bottom of the table every time you walk past. Or the pale strip along the edge where the high chair rubbed for years. The furniture is still solid. The marks just keep catching your eye.
Wood is made of light and dark tones. Start with the closest shade, test it somewhere hidden and add a second shade only if you need it.
Got a real dent instead of just a color change? Press the included wax stick into it first to fill and level it, then color over the top.
A quick technique for layering shades:
Pick your closest shade
Test the nearest of the 8 shades on a spot no one sees first, like the underside of a shelf or inside a drawer, to check the base match.
Layer a second tone
Too light or too dark? Add a second shade on top while the first is still wet. Start light, test first, and add a little more color as needed.
Dries quickly
Wipe the extra off with a soft cloth in the first minute for a clean finish.

Real Homes, Real Wood
Wood Surface · Claw MarksGood for small stuff like scuffs and claw marks. Would not expect it to rebuild missing wood and it does not claim to.
I have two kids and a dog, so this set has basically become a permanent fixture in the kitchen drawer now. Works every time.
Cherry Cabinet · Scuff By HandleSimple to use once you get the hang of layering two shades. My cherry cabinet had a scuff by the handle and it is completely gone now.
Oak Dining Table · Corner GougeDoes what it says for light scratches. I had one deeper gouge that needed the filler stick first but it still looks way better than before.
Doorframe · ScrapeUsed it as soon as it arrived on a doorframe scrape and it blended in perfectly.
My stair treads had a worn strip from years of foot traffic. Oak shade blended right into the surrounding wear. Genuinely surprised.
Light Wood Dresser · Surface ScratchFixed a scratch on my wife's dresser before she even noticed it happened. That alone made this worth it.
Wood Table · Corner ScratchWas quoted almost three hundred dollars for a pro to fix a scratch that took me ten minutes myself with this. Should have found this sooner.
Maple Table · Surface ScratchI was nervous about matching the color myself but the instructions made it easy. Matched our maple table without any guesswork.
Older Furniture · Multiple MarksBought the bigger pack to split with my sister since we both have older furniture with a few marks here and there. Neither of us have used even half a set yet and we have fixed six scratches combined.
Walnut Table Legs · Surface ScratchesHonestly did not think a marker could match wood grain but layering walnut and grey got it close. Much harder to notice now.
Nightstand · Corner ScratchFigured I would share a photo since I was skeptical browsing reviews myself before buying.
Bought two so my sister and I could each keep one at home. Neither of us has run one dry yet.
Cabinet Top · Surface WearWorks better than the single color touch-up pen I tried a year ago from the hardware store. This actually blends instead of just sitting on top as one flat color.
Walnut Headboard · Corner DentThis is my headboard after using the filler stick and mahogany marker together on a dent. Still amazed honestly.
Wood Table · Surface ScratchSimple once you read the instructions fully first. I rushed it the first time and had to redo a small section.
Oak Floor · Worn StripOur floor has a lot of natural color variation and this handled it just fine once I layered two shades.
Walnut Table Leg · Surface ScratchSolid product. Took a little longer than expected to get the layering right but the end result was worth the extra try.
Cherry Dresser · Corner ScratchSharing a photo of the dresser corner since I still cannot believe how well it matched.
Walnut Table Leg · Surface ScratchOrdered after my coworker showed me hers. Works exactly like she said it would.
The brown shade looked too red on my table. I tried a lighter color first, but the repair still stood out. Test every shade in a hidden spot.
I bought this for a deep gouge. The wax filled part of it, but the damage was still easy to see. It may work better on small scratches.
The marker stayed darker than the rest of my cabinet. Wiping helped, but I could still see the spot. It may depend on the wood finish.
It took a few colors and several layers to get close. The scratch looks better, but it did not fully blend in. More instructions would help.
The wax made the small dent feel smoother. The color was close, but I could still see the repair when light hit it.
It worked well on my dark shelf but not on my lighter table. The kit has several shades, but finding the right match takes some testing.
The marker helped hide the light scratches on my dresser. It did not do much for the deeper mark, but the dresser looks better overall.
My first layer was too dark, so I wiped it and tried again. Applying light layers worked better. The final result was not perfect, but it helped.
The repair blends in when I walk past the table. I can still find it when I look closely. Good for a quick touch-up, not a full repair.
About The Product

Is this safe to use around kids and pets?
Yes. The formula is made with no chemicals of concern, so it's safe to have around kids and pets during use. As with any household product, keep it out of reach when it's not in use and follow the instructions included in the box.
Will this fix my scratch, or am I wasting my money?
Run your fingernail across the scratch before you buy. If it glides over, or only catches a little, you're a great candidate. If it catches hard and you feel a real dip, the wax stick fills and levels it first, then the marker colors over the top, but it won't rebuild missing wood from scratch.
Will the color actually match my wood?
Wood has grain and natural color changes in it, so one shade rarely nails it. That's why the set ships with 8 shades, so you can layer a lighter and a darker tone together and help it get closer to your wood tone. Always test on a spot no one sees first (the instructions walk you through this). Your exact result can vary a little with lighting and the wood itself.
What if I mess it up or the set doesn't work for me?
You're covered by a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Email help.scratchzero@gmail.com and we'll make it right: we'll help with shade matching, send a replacement set, or issue a refund. We reply within 24 hours. No runaround, no ignored emails.
Does it work on deep gouges or missing chunks of wood?
The wax stick fills and levels most dents and gouges well. Missing wood or veneer damage is outside what this kit can fix.
How long does it take to dry?
It dries quickly. Wipe the extra off with a soft cloth, going with the grain, within the first minute for a clean finish with no smudging.
Is this safe for all wood finishes?
It's made for solid wood-tone stained or finished surfaces: floors, furniture, cabinets, doors, and trim. It's not a match for painted furniture or laminate that isn't a wood tone. Always test a spot no one sees first to check both the color and the sheen, since finishes vary piece to piece.
When should I use the wax leveling scraper?
Right after you press the wax stick into a gouge. While the wax is still soft, drag the scraper flat across it to level it with the surrounding wood before you color over it, that's what makes the wax stick easier to use cleanly instead of smoothing it with your finger. The Wax Leveling Scraper is included with the Everyday Repair Kit and the Complete Home Care Pack, not the First Fix Set.
My marker seems dried out. Do I need a whole new set?
Probably not. Most markers that "stop working" aren't empty, the tip just dried out from being left uncapped. Press the tip firmly on scrap wood or paper for a few seconds to work it loose. Still nothing? Email us. If it's genuinely spent, grab a spare rather than fighting a dried out marker.
What if my set arrives with a dried out marker or missing pieces?
Every set is checked before it ships, but if yours arrives faulty or incomplete, we'll send a free replacement. No need to mail anything back, just email a quick photo to help.scratchzero@gmail.com.
Can I use it across multiple pieces of furniture or wood tones?
Yes. One set covers as many pieces and wood tones as you need. That's the whole point of shipping 8 shades you can layer, instead of one.
