There are three different situations covered below, depending on where you are: you haven't opened it, you used it and it didn't work out, or it arrived damaged.

Standard Return

Haven't opened or used your order? Email us your order number within 30 days of delivery. It needs to be unopened or unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. We'll send instructions on where to send it back once your return is confirmed.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Already used it, but it didn't match your wood or work for your repair? Email us within 30 days of delivery at help.scratchzero@gmail.com with your order number. No need to ship the kit back. We reply within 24 hours and will make it right: we'll help with shade matching, send a replacement set, or issue a full refund, your choice.

Damaged Or Faulty Items

Every set is inspected before it ships. If yours arrives faulty, dried out, or incomplete, we'll send a free replacement. No need to return anything first, just email us a quick photo.

How Refunds Are Processed

Email us your order number and what happened. We'll confirm it matches the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee above, that's the only approval step, there's no separate hidden requirement. You do not need to ship the kit back. Once confirmed, you're refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass with no refund, contact us.

What's Not Covered

Our guarantee covers the ScratchZero Wood Repair Set not performing as described for light to moderate scratches, scuffs, and claw marks on solid wood-tone stained or finished surfaces. It doesn't cover misuse, damage from other products, or damage outside the fit described on our Save The Furniture You Already Love section (missing wood, painted furniture, or non-wood-tone laminate).

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible. We ship fast, so we can only guarantee a cancellation before your order has shipped.
