What We Collect

When you place an order, sign up for our email list, or contact us, we collect the information you give us directly: name, email, shipping address, and order details. Our store platform also automatically collects basic technical information (browser type, device, pages viewed, general location from IP address) to keep the site working and secure.

How We Use It

We use your information to process and ship your order, respond to your questions, send order/shipping confirmations, and, only if you opt in, send occasional emails about new shades, restocks, or offers. We also use tools like the Meta Pixel and website analytics to understand how visitors use our site, measure how well our ads are performing, and show you relevant ads on other sites (remarketing). We don't sell your information to anyone.

Payment Information

We never see or store your full card details. Checkout is handled by our payment processor's secure, PCI compliant systems, not by us directly.

Who We Share It With

We share order information only with the vendors that help us run the store and fulfill orders: our ecommerce platform, payment processor, and shipping carrier. We also share limited technical information, such as your IP address and on-site activity, with advertising and analytics partners, including Meta, so we can measure how our ads are performing and understand site traffic. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to keep items in your cart, remember your preferences, and understand which pages are working. We also use advertising cookies, including the Meta Pixel, to measure how our ads are performing and show you relevant ads on other sites (remarketing). You can disable cookies in your browser, and opt out of personalized advertising through your browser or ad platform settings, though parts of checkout may not work correctly without them.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send. To request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, email us at help.scratchzero@gmail.com and we'll handle it within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes To This Policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
